1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the WanderINDRat website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on WanderINDRat's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the materials
- Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on WanderINDRat's website
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
- Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Booking and Payments
Tour bookings are confirmed through our inquiry process. Payment terms are as follows:
- 50% deposit required upon confirmation of booking
- Remaining 50% due after tour completion
- All payments must be made through the provided secure payment link
- Currency and pricing are subject to change based on market conditions
- Minimum group size is 5 travelers
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing to our office. Refund policies are as follows:
- Cancellation 30+ days before tour: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellation 15-29 days before tour: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellation less than 15 days before tour: No refund
- Emergency cancellations are evaluated case-by-case
5. Tour Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Follow the instructions of tour guides and staff
- Respect local customs and cultural practices
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
- Not engage in behavior that endangers others or disrupts the tour
- Take responsibility for their own belongings and safety
6. Liability Disclaimer
WanderINDRat tours are provided "as is" without warranties. Participants acknowledge and agree that they assume all risks associated with travel. WanderINDRat is not responsible for personal injury, property damage, or any other losses resulting from participation in tours. We recommend all participants obtain travel insurance.
7. Health and Safety
Participants must disclose any health conditions or physical limitations that may affect their ability to participate. WanderINDRat reserves the right to:
- Refuse participation if deemed unsafe
- Modify tour activities based on weather or safety concerns
- Cancel or reschedule tours if necessary for safety
8. Privacy
Your use of WanderINDRat's website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy, which also governs the website and informs users of our data collection practices.
9. Modifications
WanderINDRat may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
